For any health and safety emergency, please call 9-1-1 immmediately.

For non-emergency police needs, please call 903-756-5544. If no one is in the office at that time, your call will automatically be transferred to the sheriff's office where you can leave a message to have an officer contact you.

Non-Emergency Calls

For questions about traffic violations, court dates, or other court concerns, please call
903-756-3734. The municipal court is located on the second floor of the Cass County Justice Center at 604 Hwy 8 N, Linden, TX. If you have received a traffic ticket, information about payment is on the ticket itself.
